About the team

The global Equities and Structured Products Trading Team manages the overall lifecycle of sales and trading including product definition, pricing and quoting, pre-trade approvals, document generation, handling events and STP integration with booking systems. This flow is handled through a range of inputs from high-touch bespoke exotics to direct FIX connectivity and auto-pricing.

Tasks

• Have an active role in improving and evolving the company's equity derivatives trading platform
• Be member of the technical architecture team to design future components
• Work with Agile development techniques, including continuous integration and continuous delivery
• Work closely with an increasingly ‘tech savvy’ business
• Have the opportunity to regularly interact with sales and trading

Requirements

• Strong Python development experience (but open to other technologies)
• Strong relational database skills
• Practical data transformation and integration experience
• Experience with data presentation and reporting tools (Jupyter,Tableau, Qlikview, etc)
• Team working ability in local and global teams
• Strong analytical, verbal & written skills
