About the team

The Automotive Electronics (AE) division develops new electronic control units (e.g. for combustion engines, comfort functions, airbags) and a wide range of sensors (e.g. for battery charge state, inertial, yaw-rate, pressure, NOx) in close cooperation with manufacturing. These products are engineered to a state of the art level both in technology and reliability and are to be found in cars of a very large group of manufacturers.

Body Electronics supporting the power management and comfort functions in vehicles like climate control, interior and exterior lights, power conversion, battery management and safe power network functions.

Tasks

• Analysing and elicit internal and customer hardware requirements of the PNG product
• Development or improvement test environment for electrical and endurance testing
• Development validation specification for HW testing, cooperation with customers
• Development test SW environment, cooperation external suppliers
• Organization of product tests, facility and equipments
• Cooperation with test team, support validation set-up, test execution
• Evaluation of test results, test report release

Requirements

• Bsc/Msc degree in electrical engineering
• Good knowledge in analog and digital electronic design
• Good knowledge in embedded systems, uC, uP
• Knowledge in programming C#, LabView (Matlab)
• Initiative and creativity, persuasion, assertiveness and social skills
• Self-motivated and responsible way of working
• Good command of English language
