Tasks

• Coordinating an international development team including System, Hardware, Software, Mechanics and Reliability Engineers
• Being the key interface towards the company's customers and to the manufacturing plant
• Close cooperation with partners inside the company's international development network
• Project planning and aligning of work packages to meet customer milestones
• Monitoring of Time/Budget/Quality project status and regular reporting towards the upper management
• Prioritization and decision making by understanding the technical context
• Moderating and leading technical discussions
• Negotiating technical questions and solutions with the customers
• Responsible for Change and Risk Management
• Implementation of the company's development processes and methodologies according to Automotive SPICE

Requirements

• Bsc/Msc degree in Engineering
• Experience in project management, preferably in the automotive industry
• Strong personality and ability to lead teams
• Customer and result oriented attitude
• Interdisciplinary mindset and openness towards learning new technologies, disciplines and methods
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated and responsible way of working
• Very good English language skills (German is an advantage)
