Tasks

• Leading a group responsible for testing and validation of electric powertrain systems (eAxles) and its components
• Responsible for function and reliability testing and technical analysis of products, components
• Supporting recruitment and selection processes. Participation in job interviews, making suggestions on the selection of suitable candidates and supporting the offer process
• Responsible for organising the onboarding and training activities of new hires
• Ensuring compliance with the group's development and business processes, including legal, financial and operational requirements. Coordinating the introduction of new development processes
• Holding employee assessment discussions based on department objectives
• Associate development, identifying and supporting the development of employees with potential
• Competence management: defining, planning and implementing the training needs of group members and systematically follow up on it
• Supporting business planning
• Budget monitoring, defining corrective actions in case of deviations
• First point of contact in any purchasing topic towards business unit and Budapest engineering department
• Self driven to reach targets and results; motivated to solve problems and conflicts
• Resillient in tackling the challenges of a very dynamic surrounding in the field of electrification

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering
• Deep understanding of the effect of product and component design on the lifetime endurance
• Knowledge in the field of validation and reliability engineering
• Technical and economical background
• Proven track of people management experience
• Motivation, self drivenness, target and result orientation
• Strong communication skills in Hungarian and English and/or German
