Support Analyst
International company developing global point-of-sale (POS) software platforms
Junior / Regular


  • Primary task is to provide support in connection with the following fields:
    • 3rd party software integration
    • User acceptance tests
    • Major components of product portfolio
  • Set requirements towards testers
  • Participate in daily calls
  • Buildsrapport with stakeholders
  • Provide support for internal and external customers (local development teams, 2nd and 3rd level support teams)
  • Get acquainted with handling change requests, specify the requirements according to the release management process of the company
  • Create documentation about the daily work (for traceability)


  • Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Sciences, Engineering, Software Developer, Physics or in any other natural science field)
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in product support and/or development
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems client and server side as well (Microsoft Windows 7/8/10, Microsoft Windows Server 2008/2012/2016)
  • Fluent in English
  • Team player
  • Superior problem solving skills


  • Experience with ticketing systems
  • Knowledge of Object Oriented Programming, XML, SQL
  • Basic understanding of virtualization (Hyper-V)
  • Experience in networking (TCP / IP, VLAN, Routing, VPN, Firewall)
