Tasks

• Collect, analyze and negotiate customer (stakeholder) requirements
• Design the system and subsystem operations, interfaces which fulfill the requirements in an efficient way
• Formulate and define sub-system requirements and assign them to domains
• Review of System Test Specification / Plan
• Take responsibility for system components
• Establish infrastructure for measuring metrics in systems engineering domain
• Cooperate with stakeholders (such as manufacturing, testing, etc.)
• Develop, modify or apply existing system architecture (mechanics, HW, SW) taking into account internal and external customer's requirements
• Negotiate technical questions and solutions with the customer
• Cooperation and technical leading of different domains (Hardware engineers, Software engineers, Test engineers, Mechanical engineers)

Requirements

• Bsc/Msc in electrical, mechatronics engineering or equivalent
• Experience in embedded SW, HW, Mechanic or System development
• Knowledge of relevant requirements engineering tools and development guidelines
• Basic knowledge of system architecture design concepts and methods
• Knowledge on model based design methodology and strategies
• Knowledge of relevant system architecture design tool (E.g., Enterprise Architect, Rhapsody, etc.)
• Good problem solving skills and analytical mindset
• Initiative and creative personality
• Strong negotiation and leadership skills
• Good English language skills
