Identity & Access Management Specialist
Leading global financial services firm providing a wide range of investment banking, securities, investment management and wealth management services

About the team

They are looking for a highly motivated individual to join their Identity Management Squad. The successful candidate will be part of a global team responsible for supporting highly scalable and comprehensive global identity management and data platforms. The successful candidate will integrate into their team to support the current infrastructure, develop new tooling to help support the plant, and assist in development and implementation of migration efforts from existing legacy systems.

  • Provide senior-level support for firm LDAP and Identity Management solutions – ranging from industry-standard applications to home-grown tooling
  • Create tooling (as required) for support team usage
  • Participate on calls with internal users and external clients or vendors
  • Provide senior DevOps support and serve as subject matter expert for their LDAP and Identity Management solutions


  • An acute understanding of LDAP products such as PingDirectory, ODSEE, Active Directory
  • An acute understanding of general network and enterprise security standards and concepts
  • An intermediate knowledge of at least one scripting language such as PowerShell, Python or Shell
  • Experience working with large enterprise architecture
  • An active interest in Information Security
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills: capable of writing comprehensive documentation, making presentations to an internal audience and interacting positively with upper management, colleagues and customers
  • Be comfortable working in operations and support team with end user interaction and periodic on-call responsibilities
  • Independent problem-solving, highly motivated and self-directing


  • 5 to 6 years of experience in Identity Management
  • Experience with any of Meta-Directory (Join Engine), ForgeRock OpenIDM, Sun IDM, Oracle IDM
  • An interest and understanding of emerging IT trends such as cloud computing, web technologies and multi-factor authentication solutions
  • ITIL, CISSP, LDAP System Admin or similar certifications
  • Experience with Identity Management Lifecycle Solutions (ForgeRock, Sun IDM, Oracle IDM)
