Tasks

• Perform deployment and operations of network infrastructure primarily related to Cloud
• Support, Troubleshoot and Deploy cloud technologies leveraging Kubernetes, AWS, AZURE
• Strong working and hands on experience on cloud architectural principles and services (S3, Cloudfront, Storage Gateway, EC2, Cloudwatch, Lambda, ElastiCache, etc)
• Turn up new routers/switches, enabling routing protocols/VRF's, etc.
• Point of escalation for production outages related to day to day operations or any project driven initiatives
• Get directions and guidelines from the regional Ops manager on the assigned tasks
• An engineer must be willing to work weekends to support the deployment and operational demands
• Candidates will be required to stay focussed and motivated to learn, apply, support and troubleshoot any issues on various technologies and a multivendor platform (Routers, Switches)

Requirements

• AWS Solution Architect
• Azure Solution Architect
• CCIE level certification
• Expert level knowledge various Routing protocols (BGP/OSPF/MPLS)
• Experience with Visio, Power Point
• Unix, and scripting (python, shell, YAML)

Advantage

• Packet capture analysis using wireshark

About the team

The Enterprise Network Services team (ENS) is responsible for supporting and deploying the network connectivity and technology for the firm. Their mission is to provide the best technology and support to their business, clients and all divisions within the Firm to support their enablement. Their goal is to ensure the availability of the most secure, reliable and efficient network to their users and clients. They manage a diverse workforce and acts as a primary liaison to the business and the internal Network Services team to manage various project and program to meet business demands, while managing the risks, and priorities. ENS is responsible for maintaining the stability of the infrastructure whether it is on-prem in the data centre/campus or in the cloud and keeping the incident times to minimum.
